On September 5th 2021, H.E. Ambassador Khaled Ahmad Zekriya along with H.E. Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mirwais Naab, met Senator Salvini at his office. The two sides discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and explored different venues of cooperation between Afghanistan and Italy. Both parties agreed that resistance for liberation and national uprisings can never be silenced in Afghanistan.
